VP Clinical Operation is a leadership position for United we care (UWC) that will report directly to the global CEO. This position comes with large ESOPS/shares. VP Clinical Operations will be responsible for several critical tasks related to the marketing, recruitment, growth and sales processes, operations and enablement as well as the monetization strategy at UWC. This position will be directly responsible to hire clinical psychologists, psychiatrists and life coaches for the first few months and meeting potential clients and after that recruiting Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams to determine strategy, implement performance metrics, design and deliver enablement and training programs. This intersectional role will drive revenue effectiveness by establishing measurable processes to improve sales & marketing efficiency and determine growth goals. This role supports and leads critical decisions for the future of UWC’s footprint North America and this role is an excellent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure company culture and values drive daily operational processes, including physician engagement, resulting in positive work environment and exceptional patient experience
- Hiring clinicians – psychologist, psychiatrist and life coaches all across the US
- Build strong governance process & engagement strategy for onboarded clinicians
- Partner closely with Global Sales Leadership as well as Senior leadership to achieve growth objectives and collaborate cross-functionally to drive strong relationships and alignment with Sales in go-to-market strategy across acquisition, utilization and retention
- Oversee the general management of operations and ensure adherence to established policies, quality standards, regulations, and key metrics
- Benchmark, develop and implement best practices to promote efficiencies and quality enhancement in every aspect of growth and operations
- Responsibility to hire, train and develop productive, motivated, and patient focused team members (must enjoy nurturing and developing talent)
- Maintain and leverage relationships with referral sources, networks and local communities to drive market growth and deliver on targets (garnering trust is key)
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders including physicians, patients, referral sources, vendors, leadership, and teammates
- Design organizational for scaling and continuous improvement of patient experience
- Drive and lead all aspects of sales and marketing operations from GTM strategy, process optimization, technology stack, territory planning, commission and incentive plans, lead-to-deal processes, proposals and sales enablement
- Establish and maintain operating cadence/rigor across all sales/field functions to ensure the health of the business on achieving key performance metrics including forecast accuracy, funnel analysis, and pipeline management
- Lead client meetings to showcase the offerings and service support
- Define key metrics and performance dashboards
- Build and drive process, change management, and operational efficiencies within go to market organizations
- Support executive deliverables such as Board Reviews, Executive QBRs, strategic planning, and more as needed
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Psychology, Healthcare Management or related field required from tier 1 university
- Having worked in digital mental health will be a plus
- Proven leadership experience with previous demonstrated success in achieving quality patient outcomes and effective management and retention of critical staff.
- Ability to exercise mature and sound judgement in the management of financial operations; exceptional communication skills and ability to analyze data and report concise, accurate reports; knowledge of current state and federal regulatory requirements; excellent computer skills
- Practical knowledge of PHI and HIPAA regulations
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
