The Head of US Sales is a pivotal role for United We Care (UWC). This individual will effectively lead the charge for our sales department by creating its structure, defining targets, and building a team that will take us into the future and beyond. In this role you will work closely with the VP of North American Operations and the Founders of UWC to ensure that our pipeline is developed and our sales goals are met. The person we hire must have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Proven record in Employer and Health System Sales
- 3-5 years of experience and proficiency in CRM software and relationship management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of the team and/or lead a team
- As the Head of Sales you will be responsible for identifying potential UWC customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline
- Educate, contact, and qualify potential sales prospects on the value of UWC in a creative way by demonstrating the efficacy of UWC programs
- Build relationships and credibility as an industry thought leader
- Provide recommendations based on a customer’s business needs and utilization patterns
- Drive revenue by managing a book of prospects or potentially sourcing your own
- Set up appointments and follow up on sales leads
- Work with cross-functional teams to help align our product roadmap and marketing materials with customer feedback
- Demonstrate familiarity with the health, safety, benefits and wellness market space: market trends, industry challenges, major players, relevant products and technologies
- Manage the full lifecycle of a deal including: all sales activities, billing, legal, security, and technical inquiries
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-5 + years of sustained quota-attainment carrying $1M + Sales Number
- Experience in selling digital health applications
- Complex enterprise sales experience required
