Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and talented B2B Content Lead to join our team. This role is crucial in shaping our B2B marketing efforts in the India and US regions, with a specific focus on Healthcare, Insurance and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) domains.

Role Overview:

As the B2B Content Lead, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and data-backed marketing assets targeting the enterprise sector in India and US. You will be responsible for end-to-end content creation, ensuring our brand’s voice is clear, engaging, and aligns with our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy: Deep content writing skills and is aware about the current tech and deep tech scenario in healthtech and healthcare. Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B content strategy for the B2B market, keeping in mind the unique needs and trends in the India region.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, e-books, research-based articles, whitepapers, playbooks, B2B Campaigns, Mailers, Campaigns, Webinars/Podcasts, Value based research papers, case studies, and other marketing assets that showcase our expertise and value proposition.
  • Audience Engagement: Understand our target audience and craft content that resonates with enterprises, and decision-makers in the Indian market.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to ensure our content ranks well on search engines and drives organic traffic in the B2B domain
  • Data-Backed Insights: Utilise data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts and make data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to align content with business objectives and market needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a content lead or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or EAP sector in the B2B domain
  • 4-7 years of experience
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail in B2B domain
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies.
  • Proficiency in SEO and content marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Information


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A background in healthcare, healthtech, or EAP will be a plus.
