App Store/Google Play Store: Our app is available on both the App Store and Google Play Store. To get the United We Care app on your mobile device, search “United We Care” on the App Store or Google Play Store, and download the United We Care app from there.
QR Code: If you have received a United We Care QR code, use your phone to scan it. This will take you to the United We Care app on the App Store or Google Play Store, where you can download it.
Yes, United We Care is also accessible without a smartphone. The United We Care website (https://www.unitedwecare.com/), accessible from your computer or tablet, has several resources and features also present in our app. However, the services available on the website may differ considerably from those on the app. As such, we recommend using the app to enjoy all United We Care has to offer.
Downloading the United We Care app is completely free, and several of the services on the app can also be used for free. Additionally, if you have a United We Care referral code, you can redeem benefits that may let you utilize certain features for free.
Upgrading to one of our paid plans can give you access to additional services. Booking an appointment with one of our certified therapists, mental health and wellness coaches, or listeners can also incur additional charges based on their fees. Rest assured, you will be clearly informed about any potential costs in advance.
The United We Care app and services are primarily offered in English; however, Stella, our AI wellness agent, is multilingual and proficient in 120+ languages. This includes, but is not limited to, English, Spanish, French, and Arabic. Our commitment to diversity and accessibility ensures that users from various linguistic backgrounds can engage with Stella and receive support and guidance in their preferred language. This multilingual capability allows us to extend our mental wellness support to a broader global audience.
Services and Subscription Benefits
To start a conversation with Stella, our AI wellness agent, open the United We Care app and navigate to the ‘Chat’ tab. You can then ask Stella any questions or share what’s on your mind. Stella is always ready to offer support, guidance, and information.

Whether you’re seeking advice, need someone to listen, or looking for guidance on which services might benefit you, Stella is here to help.
The United We Care platform offers a wide range of clinically approved programs designed to support mental wellness. These include self-help courses, guided meditations, and do-it-yourself exercises covering topics like stress management, anxiety relief, building resilience, and enhancing emotional well-being. Our programs are developed by mental health professionals and are aimed at empowering you to improve your mental health at your own pace.
Your referral code is the key to unlocking your exclusive benefits on the United We Care platform, including access to many of the United We Care app’s special features for free.
As you first sign into the United We Care app, Stella will ask for some details in the ‘Chat’ section to complete your profile. Among these questions will be one asking if you have a referral code. Choose “Yes.” Next, you will be prompted to enter the code. Enter your referral code here to redeem it.
You can also enter your referral code in the “My Profile” section of the app, which can be accessed by tapping on your profile photo on the top left hand corner. Tap on the “Add Referral Code” bar with the “+” symbol and enter your referral code in the popup to redeem it.
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before its start time.
To be able to book appointments with the certified therapists, mental health and wellness coaches, and listeners on our platform, you need to first complete your profile on the “Chat” section of our app.
Once this is done, you can go to the “My Health” section to start booking. From here, you can choose what kind of expert you want to book (therapist, mental health and wellness coach, or listener), select an available slot that works well for you, and review the session details. Depending on the expert’s fee and your benefits, you may have to conduct a payment to confirm the appointment. Once this is done, you will be able to see your appointment in the “My Profile” section, which can be accessed by tapping on your profile photo on the top left hand corner.

United We Care offers resources and support for mental wellness but is not equipped to provide real-time emergency assistance. In the event of an emergency, our platform can give you basic information on nearby mental health facilities and professionals. For urgent situations requiring immediate intervention, we recommend contacting local emergency services or a dedicated mental health crisis line that can offer direct assistance and location-based support. To update your personal information, follow the below steps:
- Navigate to the “My Profile” section of the app, which can be accessed by tapping on your profile photo in the top left corner of your screen.
- Click on the “Edit Profile” button. This will take you to the “Personal Settings” screen. You can alter your personal details, including your name, address, mobile number, and more here.
To change your preferences, follow these steps instead:

- Click on the Settings icon on the top left here. This will take you to the Settings. You can personalize the app, Stella, your notifications, and your community settings here.

If you are in a crisis situation, including but not limited to, being at risk of harm to yourself or someone else, or if you need immediate assistance, we urge you not to rely on online services.
