We are looking for a global leader with good exposure to products and processes along with complete understanding of the Indian Life & Health insurance space. As a business head the candidate will have the complete P&L responsibility to manage the insurance business for the client. Closely interacting with all the insurance companies and then managing the topline for the product through company’s sales channels.
What you will be doing
- Lead business strategy for Insurance
- Forge strategic partnerships with leading companies
- Drive innovation through differentiated product constructs
- Manage all regulatory & compliance interaction with IRDA/Insurance companies and internal teams
- Responsible for overall growth of the category & customer engagement
- Training insurance brokers for growth
- Regions to be covered is India & APAC.
- Candidates with experience in insurance startup and insurance companies will be preferred. Any graduate/post graduate from a pedigree college.
- Desired years of minimum 10years’ in insurance
