About Me

For 30 years, I have worked in the field of mental health specializing in anxiety, depressive symptoms, and trauma. I am an attachment-focused counselor and use an experiential approach for counseling and therapy.

About My Family

I live with my partner of 21 years. We have a long history of rescuing dogs and cats. Currently, we have two Maltese dogs aged 8 and 13, as well as a one and a half year-old mixed breed dog from Egypt.

About My Professional Experience

I specialize in working with adults on an individual basis on issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family and relationship issues, as well as complicated personality issues.

About My Fun Side

I enjoy working out and walking my 3 dogs. I also enjoy writing, and am finishing up my first novel.
