Pratima Pathak | Psychotherapist
My name is Pratima Pathak, and I am a client-centered therapist with diverse life experiences and more than 10 years of extensive clinical & multi-cultural counseling experience working with families, youth, and adults to help them explore their inner self, their challenges, their relationships, and their goals. I provide individual, couple and family therapy through a nonjudgmental, empathetic and safe environment where I work in collaboration with you to understand your challenges, fears, anxieties and inner conflicts that you bring to the session. Together, we’ll navigate your inner landscape and try to understand what is helping you and what is not.
I believe in taking a holistic and humanistic approach to help my clients. My therapeutic techniques are an amalgamation of various treatment modalities like CBT, Solution-focussed therapy, Mindfulness, and Systemic therapy. Every client brings into the session their uniqueness and their own personal quest. My effort is to work with them and help them use techniques that best suits their personal needs. Together, we work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and build meaningful connections.
