This course has two variants, customised specifically for 2-3 year olds and 4-6 year olds. Alongside multiple consultation sessions with psychologists, it includes focus building activities, calming exercises and alternative therapies through art & movement. The course begins with a temperament testing exercise and provides you with tracker worksheets which you and your child could use to understand their behavioural patterns better.
