This course has 8 components comprising two explainer videos and 6 guided audio exercises. We will get you started with the explainers which will take you through the concept of mindfulness and help you understand how it is different from meditation. We will then proceed to assist you through guided mindfulness exercises that will help you excel in various parts of your life.
